A HIGHER STANDARD
IN TOWING
Trusted. Local. Always There.
Eldridge’s Top Notch Towing LLC is a locally owned towing company based in Antigo, Wisconsin. We provide 24-hour towing and roadside assistance for drivers in Antigo and the surrounding area.
Most calls we receive begin with a problem that was not part of the day’s plan like a vehicle has stopped running, someone has a flat tire and needs help changing it. A battery is dead, the keys have been locked inside the vehicle, or a car simply cannot be driven safely from where it is.
Our work begins by finding out what happened and what kind of help is actually needed. That may sound obvious, but it matters. Not every disabled vehicle needs to be towed, and we do not believe in treating every call as though it does.
We're Your Neighbors.
Towing Is Only Part
of What We Do
When a vehicle does need to be moved, we have the equipment to handle both light-duty and heavy-duty towing in Antigo, WI.
Light-duty towing covers many of the vehicles people drive every day. Other calls involve larger vehicles and require heavy-duty towing equipment. The details of the job determine how we approach it. Our team swears by modern well maintained equipment that is beneficial to loading, securing and transporting vehicles. We understand that even if a vehicle is disabled, its condition still matters to the owner.
There are also plenty of calls where towing turns out not to be necessary. We provide jump starts for dead batteries, tire changes when a driver has a usable spare, vehicle lockout assistance, and fuel delivery. Vehicle transport is available as well when a vehicle needs to be moved but there is no roadside emergency involved. Having these options allows us to deal with the problem in front of us rather than automatically reaching for the same solution every time.
To provide safe, dependable, and professional towing and roadside assistance services while building lasting relationships within our community.
To be the most trusted and preferred towing company in Antigo and the surrounding areas, known for excellence, customer care, and community support.

WE TAKE THE TIME TO
SEE WHAT IS WRONG
One of the best descriptions of our approach actually comes from the people who have called us. Customers have mentioned situations where they expected a tow, but our team first checked the vehicle to see what was causing the problem. In some cases, the issue could be handled without towing the vehicle at all.
That is how we prefer to work. If roadside assistance can safely get someone moving again, there is no reason to turn a smaller problem into a larger one. When the vehicle genuinely needs to be towed, we are prepared for that too. It comes down to understanding the situation before deciding what happens next.
LOCAL SERVICE
FROM ANTIGO
Our business is located at
W8339 Forrest Road, Antigo, WI 54409.
We serve people who live and work in the area as well as drivers who happen to be passing through when something goes wrong. Being local means our work is tied closely to our reputation. The person calling today may be someone we see again in the community, or someone who recommends us the next time a friend needs help on the road. This is what makes each call very important for us.
Our customers should be able to ask questions, understand the services provided and receive clear information about pricing. We aim to keep that process straightforward. A breakdown is already inconvenient. There is no benefit in making the towing process confusing as well.
HELP IS AVAILABLE
AROUND THE CLOCK
A vehicle can break down at 10 in the morning just as easily as it can at 10 at night.
For that reason, Eldridge's Top Notch Towing is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you call, we will need some basic information: where you are, what kind of vehicle is involved, and what has happened. Those details help us understand whether you need a tow or whether another type of roadside assistance may be more suitable.
We keep the process practical. Find out what is wrong. Bring the equipment the job requires. Handle the vehicle carefully. Keeping the customer informed has become the foundation of the way we work.
